Nike alpha shoe sizes in the Philippines: Air Presto and ISPA Link Axis need their own table

A letter label needs its product context

Nike’s Philippines alpha-size shoe chart separates Nike ISPA Link Axis from Nike Air Presto. Its men’s US-size ranges for the letter S differ: 9–10 in the ISPA Link Axis section and 7–9 in the Air Presto section. The letter should therefore be read within the table for the actual product. A remembered S from another Nike shoe is not a complete size selection.

The official charts were checked on 20 October 2026. This is a chart-reading guide, not a fit test or a medical recommendation. We have not tried either shoe, measured a reader’s feet or verified local stock. The purpose is to prevent a model-specific label from becoming an unsupported brand-wide conversion.

Identify the model and displayed sizing system

Start with the exact product name and the size options displayed by the actual seller. If the seller presents letter sizes, locate the applicable official alpha table rather than using a general footwear chart without checking the model. If it presents numeric sizes, ask which sizing system those numbers represent. A number without US, UK or another stated system can be ambiguous.

Keep the product identifier, chart heading and selected option together in a private purchase record. A cropped table showing only letters removes the evidence that connects those letters to the correct shoe. Do not reconstruct a missing heading from the colours or layout of a screenshot. Where the seller’s chart cannot be identified, mark the sizing interpretation Needs editor verification.

Use the correct row within the correct table

The model-specific table contains several labelled rows. Match the row to the sizing information you are actually using, rather than combining a value from one row with a remembered conversion from another chart. The task is to preserve the table’s context. It is not to create a new universal formula for all Nike footwear.

A useful enquiry to a seller names the product and asks which official table governs the offered size option. It is stronger than asking whether Nike runs large or small. A general impression about a brand cannot establish how this particular letter-size product is labelled. If an answer cites a different model, keep the question open instead of treating it as equivalent evidence.

Do not confuse a box code with a foot measurement

Nike’s separate men’s shoe chart warns that the CM value on shoe boxes and labels differs from foot length in centimetres. That distinction prevents a common shortcut: treating every number marked CM as the physical length of the buyer’s foot. Read the label and the chart’s measurement instructions rather than silently replacing one kind of value with another.

When measuring for a current chart, follow that chart’s own instructions and use the appropriate row. This article does not offer a made-up allowance or a universal centimetre adjustment. If the available measurement cannot be mapped confidently to the applicable product table, ask the seller or Nike for clarification rather than issuing a precise fit promise from incomplete information.

Treat the chart as selection evidence, not a comfort result

A correctly identified chart helps choose the labelled option to evaluate. It does not guarantee how an individual shoe will feel during the buyer’s intended use. Where a try-on or suitable demonstration is available, assess the actual product through the provider’s appropriate process. This guide does not claim that a chart eliminates every fit uncertainty.

Keep any exchange or return question separate and refer to the current seller terms for the actual channel. A general chart does not establish an entitlement for a marketplace purchase or a modified item. No legal interpretation is given here. The aim is to reduce a preventable labelling error without inventing a guarantee that every later fit issue will have the same resolution.

Record the decision with the model attached

A useful size decision names the shoe, applicable table section, sizing-system row and selected option. It also records any unanswered seller question. That information is more useful than retaining only a letter in a shopping note. The two named models on Nike’s chart demonstrate why context belongs beside the label, not in a footnote that disappears when a listing is copied.

No price, availability or personal fit verdict is supplied here. Before purchase, recheck the official Philippines charts and the actual listing. Model identity, current option labels and individual fit remain Needs editor verification. Preserve the separate tables rather than flattening them into one Nike alpha-size conversion.
